The last place we visited was Arches National Park - something I have always wanted to see in real life. Turns out, I wasn't disappointed. The arches were huge and amazing!
However, if I were to complain, I would complain about the awful weather! 109 degrees Fahrenheit is not at all pleasant. Not to mention that the air was ridiculously dry. The original plan was to camp near the arches for three nights...
Haha....
Thankfully we only stayed one. In addition to the scorching heat, the bugs were awful, the campground was noisy, and the bathrooms could be smelt with every single breeze.
I'm sure you wanted to know all of that.
Entertainingly enough, the main contributor to the noisy campground was a neighboring camper (apparently Buddhist) playing music and burning incense late into the night.
Very interesting experience, let me tell you.
